When you enter a 14-digit Reference Number or a 7-digit Consumer ID into the bill search form on our homepage:

  • Your input is never sent to, saved on, or logged by our website's web server.
  • Our website does not operate a database of consumer names, addresses, meter numbers, or billing balances.
  • The search form uses a standard HTML POST request with target="_blank" that opens directly in a new browser tab, taking your browser straight to the official government servers:

3. On-Device Local Storage (Browser localStorage)

To improve your user experience on repeat visits, our website uses your web browser's built-in localStorage technology. This data remains 100% on your own device and is never transmitted to us or any third party:

• lesco_recent_searches: Stores a list of your last 10 searched reference numbers or consumer IDs so they can be rendered as quick-select history chips on the search form.

• lesco_last_reference: Remembers your most recent searched reference number to pre-fill the search input on your return visit.

• Clearing Your History: You can wipe all stored search history instantly at any time by clicking the "Clear" button located right above the recent search chips on the homepage search form.

4. Cookies & Analytics Disclosure

Analytics Cookies: Third-party tracking scripts and analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) are currently NOT in use on this website. If we enable privacy-compliant aggregate analytics in the future to monitor general page load performance, we will update this policy accordingly.

Essential Local Cookies: Standard web server session cookies may be used by the underlying web framework for basic page delivery, but they contain no personal or identifiable user information.
